Dear Human, If you are seeking the next step on your path, wishing to grow spiritually, and understand that the answers already exist, but feel disconnected or unsafe in following your inner voice, this is for you. In numerology, 7 symbolizes the eternal seeker of truth and represents wisdom, introspection, and spiritual awareness. 11 is a “Master number” also associated with spiritual awakening and intuition. Together, they invite you to elevate your consciousness, embrace your inner voice, and express your truest spiritual or emotional self. Therefore, on this day, I’m honored to bring you an experience designed to help you hear—and trust—your inner voice, give you clarity on next steps, and feel connected both to others and to something bigger as you move forward on your spiritual path. To support your journey, I will be offering you a series of practices, sacred medicine, and reflective moments, all set in a peaceful lakeside pavilion under the trees. Your Experience Includes: Sacred Bobinsana Hapé Ceremony (optional): Hapé is finely ground Amazonian snuff blown into the nose, and provides rapid clarity, deep grounding, and spiritual alignment. This blend includes Bobinsana, a plant used to open the heart, heal grief, and relieve emotional depletion. It is said to enhance dreaming, improve emotional balance, and softens the mind for enhanced mental clarity. Journaling: Periods for guided and unguided journaling. Please bring your journal and something to write with if you want to participate. Trauma-Informed Breathwork: Breathwork is the intentional use of patterned breathing to bring awareness to the body and unlock your inner world. The breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we have to regulate our nervous system, enhance the self-to-self connection, and provides a powerful doorway through which to process heavy emotions and seek spiritual insights. Elemental Sound Activity with Koshi Chimes: This sound circle will give you the opportunity to practice your own emotional and energetic attunement, while also receiving support from others in the group. You do not need to be a sound healer to participate—only a listener with empathy and compassion for others. Bring a mat, blanket, journal, water, and any crystals, oils, or ceremony items that would enhance your comfort. Please arrive between 6:15 and 6:30. We will begin promptly so as to end on time.

All purchases for online and in-person group classes and events — whether made as a single ticket or included in a membership — are non-refundable, but in most cases, transferable. Due to space limitations, our desire for all interested parties to attend, and the energetic preparation involved, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions or sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to attend live, replays (when available) or transfers may be offered at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and honoring the container.
