Service Description
Blending intuitive channeling, Internal Family Systems Coaching, breathwork, movement and sound practices, and body-led conversation to help you move through difficult emotions and find clarity and calm to move forward. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet you where you are, and we select modalities based on your needs in the moment. 🌄 What to expect: · A welcoming, supportive space for internal exploration and intuitively guided dialogue · A brief time to collaborate on intentions and goals for the day’s session · Tailored breathwork, somatic exploration, intuitive channeling, and energy work · Time to ground, reflect, and integrate before ending ☑️ Preparing for Your Session To help you feel more at ease, here are a few simple ways to prepare: - Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. - Wear loose clothing that allows for movement and breath. - Have a journal nearby if you’d like to take notes afterward. - You may want a blanket, water, or any small comfort items close by. Cancellation Policy
All purchases for individual services—whether a 1:1 session, package, or membership plan—are considered non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital scheduling and the energetic preparation involved, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions or sessions that remain unused after the 3-month timeframe for packages, or within each month for memberships. If you're unable to attend live or scheduled calls, replays (when available) or transfers may be offered at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and honoring the container.
