I help humans break cycles they didn’t choose and reclaim the wisdom they’ve carried all along.

Our work doesn’t fix you.

It frees you.

It's not just what I do — it’s what’s carried me through. I’ve lived the patterns. I’ve questioned my worth. I’ve been cracked open and rebuilt myself more than once. And every offering I share is rooted in lived experience, deep training, and the belief that transformation is possible when we learn to trust ourselves again.

Hello! I'm Meagan.

a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach with over a decade in leadership and systems transformation. I’ve been working with energy, mindset, and meditation since I was 16 — long before I realized how much I’d come to need them.

My approach blends professional training with lived experience — recovery, relational and physical healing, Reiki, somatics, and the often messy path of coming home to myself.

Therapy helped me understand why I felt stuck, but it didn’t always help me shift my behavior or how I felt. Lasting change came when I reconnected with my body through breath and parts work.

Now I help others do the same.

This isn’t about fixing, but rather integrating. It’s about reclaiming what’s always been within you underneath the shame, trauma, and grief — your strength, your softness, your clarity, and intuition.

My role is to walk beside you and help you learn how to listen again.

"Whether you believe you can or you can't, either way, you are right."

My Values & Beliefs

Impact outweighs intentions.
I value alignment between intention and behavior in personal growth and leadership. That means we commit to showing up and holding ourselves accountable to the work.

Sustainable change requires alignment.
I’m committed to meaningful, people-centered progress where bodies are honored and systems are redesigned. Forced results misaligned with your values or nervous system won’t last.

Everyone can access authentic living.
Regardless of our circumstances, we all have the capacity to heal and overcome energies and experiences that no longer serve us, so we can participate fully and authentically in life.

All paths begin within.
My role is to teach you, not provide you with answers. The goal is to build self-trust, emotional resilience, and grounded safety so you move from alignment, not urgency, fear, or external pressure.

Credentials & Qualifications

With a foundation in recovery, somatic work, and advanced education, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to this work.

Qualifications

Addiction Recovery

For over 11 years, I have abstained from alcohol and other drugs. The knowledge, self-awareness, and overall expansion gained from doing 12-Step work are some of the most impactful factors affecting who I am and what I can now offer others.

Somatic Coaching

During this seven-month intensive group program, participants expand their knowledge of internal family systems theory, tools that support the nervous system and help process emotions and experiences. Completion requires 60 practice hours and two evaluations.

Breathwork Facilitator

This six-month immersive program teaches participants to lead intuitive, trauma-informed breathwork sessions, incorporating patterns intentionally based on the client's goals and physiology. Completion requires 60 practice hours and two evaluations.

Certified Nonprofit Professional, CNP

The CNP is the only nationally recognized credential in nonprofit management that provides learning and real-world experience. I worked and attended school full time while earning this credential. Completion requires attendance at the annual conference.

Education

Master of Public Administration

My education focused on social welfare, social justice, leadership, organizational behavior, nonprofit law, and public budgeting and finance. During my studies, I also held two graduate research positions while working full-time and as a single parent.

Bachelor of Human Services

This program focused on ethics in the helping professions, cultural competency, interviewing skills, and human services. I was accepted to multiple honors societies and earned an additional university management certificate.

My Promise

As your guide, I’m here to co-create a space where your next evolution can take shape, a space where you can deepen your practices, access the wisdom of your body, and build trust in the unseen.

Here, spiritual seekers become embodied leaders—
of their energy, their path, and their impact.
I won’t promise that every breath will be easy, or that every session brings fireworks. But I will promise to hold sacred space for your transformation, and if you show up with intention, something will begin to shift.
Come as you are.
I’ll teach from my own experience—everything I’ve learned from walking beside others like you. And if you need something beyond my scope, I'll help point you toward what's next.
