​Defining Mountains is a body-based practice for people in transition — identity shifts, recovery, grief, burnout, divorce, or spiritual awakening. We start with regulation and orientation, because clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder — it comes from safety in the body.

  • Sessions are experiential, not talk-heavy

  • Support is short-term or ongoing, depending on what your system needs

Hi, I'm Meagan, somatic coach & breathwork guide.
