I see you, and I’ve been where you are — holding it all together on the outside while quietly unraveling inside.
I’ve carried shame that didn’t belong to me. I've ignored my needs, over-functioned, over-explained, and tried to fix what felt unfixable. After years of therapy and other treatments, I knew why I was struggling, but I still didn't feel whole.
That’s what led me to somatic work, to my breath, to work that finally reaches parts of me that nothing else has.
And I want to share what I've found with you.
