This is a free 20-minute conversation—not a sales call, not a pitch, not a script. It's a real conversation about where you are right now: what you're navigating, what you've already tried, and whether somatic breathwork coaching is the right kind of support for where you're headed. I'll ask you a few questions. You can ask me anything. And at the end, I'll share honestly what I think would serve you most, whether that's something I offer or something else entirely. What to expect: We'll spend the first few minutes just landing. I want to understand your situation in your own words, not a form's version of it. From there, we look at where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether the work I do matches what your body and your life actually need right now. If it's a good fit, I'll tell you which container makes the most sense and what the next step looks like. If it's not, I'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere that might be.
