Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to shift your state emotionally, physically, and energetically.

It bypasses the thinking mind and opens a direct pathway to the body’s wisdom, allowing stuck patterns, unprocessed emotions, and inner clarity to surface and integrate. 

Emotions, memories, or sensations may arise, and there’s no right way to experience them.  These are the body's way of communicating us when we are with our breath.

The guided journey during the session was something I’d never experienced before, and it felt so special. I was particularly impressed because I have Aphantasia, which usually makes guided meditations challenging for me. However, her cadence and pacing were perfect, allowing me to receive images and messages in the unique way they come to me.
