It bypasses the thinking mind and opens a direct pathway to the body’s wisdom, allowing stuck patterns, unprocessed emotions, and inner clarity to surface and integrate.
Emotions, memories, or sensations may arise, and there’s no right way to experience them. These are the body's way of communicating us when we are with our breath.
