Embodied Return to the Au is the heart of the work at Defining Mountains Breathwork. This program is for people who have done the thinking work—the therapy, the books, the self-reflection—and who know that something still isn't landing at the level of the body. Real change doesn't happen through insight alone. It happens when the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let something be different. Over 4 months, we work with your nervous system, your body's stored patterns, and the identity you've been building—or dismantling—to help you arrive somewhere genuinely new. The Transformation Promise By the end of our time together, you will have a regulated nervous system toolkit you can use for life, a clearer sense of who you are outside of your old patterns and relationships, and a body that feels safe enough to make aligned decisions from. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally recognizing yourself—possibly for the first time.
