This isn't a massage, and it isn't a standard relaxation session. It's a direct conversation with your nervous system and your energy field, guided by someone trained to listen to both at once. Using hands-on energy work, chakra mapping, and somatic awareness, we build a clear picture of where you actually are right now—beneath the surface, beneath the story you've been telling yourself, beneath the patterns you've been running on autopilot. Come with no agenda — you don't need to know what you're releasing for the release to happen.
