This is breathwork designed for a full life. Thirty minutes, online, from wherever you are — your lunch break, your car, the ten minutes before a hard conversation. The Breath Reset is not a lighter version of breathwork. It is breathwork built for a busy day. Structured, focused, and precise—designed to shift your nervous system state quickly so you move through the rest of your day differently. No special setup required. No integration time needed. You get up when we're done and keep going , but you go from a different place.
Cancellation Policy
All purchases for online and in-person group classes and events — whether made as a single ticket or included in a membership — are non-refundable, but in most cases, transferable. Due to space limitations, our desire for all interested parties to attend, and the energetic preparation involved, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions or sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to attend live, replays (when available) or transfers may be offered at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and honoring the container.
