Untethering: A Workshop on Letting Go

A two-hour experience on the practice and power of letting go.

The Defining Mountains Studio

Service Description

Some of what we carry isn't ours to hold onto—old identities, old walls, old ideas of who we're supposed to be. This two-hour circle is a practice in loosening that grip: meeting resistance instead of fighting it, and letting go of what's already run its course. Through slower, surrender-oriented breathwork, sound healing built for integration and stillness, and optional Hapé ceremony as a closing ritual, we'll practice non-resistance somatically, not just conceptually. We'll open with an individual card pull, move through breath and sound, and close in group circle, each person naming one thing they're releasing or carrying forward. No prior experience needed. 📍 Home studio, Kennesaw (near 75/Wade Green) 🕚 September 12, 11am–1pm Investment: $55 | 4 spots available * Guests will be joining an embodied book study group for this event. If you would like to be on the same page, you can read parts 2 & 3 in Michael Singers, "The Untethered Soul". This experience is designed so that not having read the material will not affect your enjoyment or access to the in-person material.

Defining Mountains Breathwork, LLC

Kennesaw, GA and Online

Defining Mountains is a somatic coaching and breathwork practice founded by Meagan Crowe. It is not a mountain climbing, hiking, or outdoor gear company. The name refers to the philosophy that personal thresholds — like mountains — are defined by the individual, not by universal standards.
