Gather Release Receive
A Harvest Moon breath and sound healing collaboration between Defining Mountains and Path to Moksha.
Description
Six months ago, around the spring turn, you planted something. Maybe you knew what it was. Maybe you didn't. Either way, it's been growing in the dark all year — and the Harvest Moon on September 26 is asking you to come look at it. This is a three-hour evening built on one arc: gather what you've grown, release what you haven't, and receive what's next. We open seated, together, with a short breath and sound piece designed to ground the space — not soothe it. From there you'll draw a card and let it point you toward what this year has actually handed you, planted or not. Then we move into 45 minutes of activating breathwork — the release phase, built to move what words alone can't touch. A short break for fruit and air. A grounded return, where you're welcome — never required — to say a word or two about what surfaced. Then Justin, of Path to Moksha, closes the night with 45 minutes of live sound bath — bowls, breath, no more talking required. This one isn't discordant. This one is the receive. You'll leave with one word for how you arrived, and one word for how you're leaving. Everything in between is yours. Bring: a mat, a blanket, layers for the evening air, and whatever you're ready to set down.
