The 2026 Somatic Kickstart is designed to begin helping you reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and get clarity on where you are in your healing process so you can start 2026 of with focus and intention. Through a blend of gentle conversation, somatic (body) awareness, and breathwork, we'll begin to explore your patterns, your needs, and your goals for our time together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or ready for a deeper level of healing, this call offers a grounded place to begin. There's nothing special you need to do to prepare. Cancellation Policy
I provide free alignment calls to allow us both to decide if we are a good fit. And I value our time. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled call, please reschedule or contact me 24 hours prior. I understand that life happens, however, in most instances, I will not reschedule with anyone who misses their Alignment call without letting me know.
