Service Description
The 4/4 portal is one of the most potent energetic gateways of the year, and we're meeting it by the water and under the trees. Join me for an outdoor restorative experience where breath, sound, and intention come together to help you release what's heavy and call in what's ready. We'll move through a guided breathwork journey, settle into a full sound bath, and close with a manifestation ritual lakeside. This is your permission slip to slow down, drop in, and remember what you're building toward. What to bring: • Yoga mat, pillows, blankets — anything that helps you feel fully supported on the ground • Your journal (you'll want it for the ritual) • An empty bladder — there are no restrooms on site, so please use one nearby before you arrive (Publix and gas stations are close) Parking & arrival: • Park at the pool and follow the boardwalk back toward the lake. • Give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in before we begin. All purchases for online and in-person group classes and events — whether made as a single ticket or included in a membership — are non-refundable, but in most cases, transferable. Due to space limitations, our desire for all interested parties to attend, and the energetic preparation involved, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions or sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to attend live, replays (when available) or transfers may be offered at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and honoring the container.
